Pedro Goulart writes new opinion piece for the daily Público
CAPP researcher Pedro Goulart is one of the authors of a new opinion piece in the daily newspaper Público.
The new opinion piece was written with Patrícia Melo and Nuno Sobreira. The authors highlight the importance of the public transportation network for urban mobility. For them, environmental and economic factors weight on the necessity of making public transportation acessible. But "even if it is considerably cheaper to travel by train, bus and subway, the lower price will mean nothing if we have a low quality utility". The full text, in portuguese, is available online.
