This edition is organized by Pedro Correia (CAPP/ISCSP e DGPJ/Ministério da Justiça), Philip Langbroek (Utrecht School of Law e Montaigne Centre for Judicial Administration and Conflict Resolution) and Tomás de Aquino Guimarães (Universidade de Brasília).
This special issue aims to broaden the knowledge on Justice Administration and Justice Policies and to contribute to the dissemination of innovative knowledge and the best management practices in organizations of the Judicial System. This edition will thus provide an organized and broad forum for this field of research.
