Summary:
This project aims to design and validate a scale of social risk to be used by social workers at CMRA, as a measurement tool of social vulnerability of patients committed at the rehabilitation hospital, and consequently an indicator of the complexity of intervention.
It is a participatory research, which began with a practice assessment done by the Social Work department at CMRA, and the subsequently request for collaboration with ISCSP, as academic and scientific experts. Therefore, it is a collaborative research between University and practice professionals, intending a greater effectiveness and efficiency of Social Work intervention in a specific context of action.
Main goals:
- Development of a new scale of social risk as a measurement tool for preliminary social work assessment;
- Validation of social risk scale;
- Dissemination of the new social risk scale for social work practice in rehabilitation context.
