The VII Lusophone Congress on Human Resources Management and Public Administration will be held on October 10 and 11, 2024, an initiative organized by the Centre for Administration and Public Policy (CAPP) and the Institute of Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP), in partnership with several universities.

Under the theme of Plural Views on Sustainability, the VII Congress aims to share and train knowledge to build a "Lusophone style" of management and administration that respects each country's cultural matrix.

The abstracts submitted should fall within the following thematic areas: Digital Transformation in Public Administration; Governance and Public Health Policies; Innovation, Sustainability and Public Policies; Governance and Public Administration Reforms; Territorial Governance; Experiences of Administrative Modernization in the Lusophone Area; Sustainable Development; Organizational Behaviour; Human Resources Policies and Management; Leadership and Governance; Health and Well-being; Emerging Themes in Human Resources Management.
