PoPSeminars - Fall 2023 *PT*
Em novembro e dezembro de 2023, o PoPSeminars - Fall 2023, organizado pela linha de investigação PopMob do CAPP, apresentará três seminários, que pretendem dar a conhecer a investigação realizada na área das Ciências da População.
A primeira sessão dos PoPSeminars - Fall 2023, no dia 02 de novembro, pelas 18h00 (hora de Lisboa), contará com a presença de Francesca Zantonio (Universidade Ca Foscari de Veneza) para abordar o tema "Does income change the development path of a low birth weight child?"
No dia 8 de novembro (18h00 - hora de Lisboa), Thomas Siedler (Universität Potsdam, Berlin School of Economics) apresentará "Does Education Affect Attitudes towards Immigration? Evidence from Germany".
Por sua vez, a última sessão, realizada apenas em formato online, será no dia 20 de dezembro (12h30 - hora de Lisboa), e contará com Andrés Castro (Center for Demographic Studies, UAB, Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research), para abordar "The importance of social inequalities for understanding family demographics. Global and national study cases".
Os dois primeiros seminários serão presenciais, pelo que encorajamos todos(as) a juntar-se a nós no Auditório 6 (Piso -1) para a discussão! Se não for possível, pode acompanhar o seminário através do Zoom.

In November and December of 2023, the PoPSeminars - Fall 2023, organized by PopMob, will present three seminars that will provide insight into recent research carried out in Population Sciences.
The first session of the PoPSeminars, on November 2 (18h00 – Lisbon Time), will feature Francesca Zantomio (Ca Foscari University of Venice) on the topic of "Does income change the development path of a low birth weight child?"
